Job Summary
Operationally mature Collections Operations Senior Analyst role responsible for overseeing non-direct collections activities (suspensions, cancellations, write-offs, and balance clearings), resolving invoice/PO discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity while shielding the core team from distractions. Own process improvements, SOP compliance, and data updates with a data-driven mindset. Collaborates with Billing and Sales to rapidly resolve issues, leads special customer communications campaigns, and supports overflow handling for small-to-medium accounts. Requires 3–5 years in B2B collections, professional English communication, and advanced Excel skills. Education is preferred (current university student or graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field). The position is Full-time located in Heredia, Costa Rica, reporting to accounting/collections leadership, with a focus on timely, accurate data management, and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Collections
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data management and reporting
- Language Skills: Professional English fluency (B2/C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills
