Job Summary
Collections Operations Manager responsible for overseeing delinquent auto-loan collection center activities, forecasting and scheduling work, auditing and reporting, and coordinating with Directors, Team Managers, vendors, and other departments. Leads and trains staff, manages CAD Team and Collections QC, analyzes performance data to drive productivity and target achievement, and ensures compliant handling of sensitive information. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in Quality Control, 3+ years in a collections call center, and 5+ years in leadership; travel 0-10% and ability to work in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. OT required; must be authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship.
