Job Summary
This role is a phone-based collections officer position in a hybrid Sydney-based office setting. You will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, negotiate payment arrangements and settlement outcomes, maintain accurate file notes, and work toward individual and team targets within a regulated debt-recovery environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections or related customer-facing roles, strong negotiation and communication skills, resilience, empathy, and the ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes. The role emphasizes compliant, professional support to recover debts across Insurance, Asset Finance, Banking and Finance clients, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote; opportunities for development, bonuses, and various benefits are offered.
