Job Summary
Lead and optimize the organization’s accounts receivable and collections functions; develop strategies that reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow; oversee day-to-day collections operations and coach the collections team; manage delinquent accounts, write-offs, and bad debt exposure; partner with the billing team to resolve invoice discrepancies; provide regular reporting on collections performance, aging, and cash flow trends; ensure compliance with applicable regulations and drive process improvements across billing and collections workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B collections experience
- 1+ year of billing or accounts receivable experience
- 1+ year of experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry
