Job Summary
Research and reconcile overdue accounts/invoices, maintain accurate records of past due accounts, and process statements while managing customer files. Follow up on payments, resolve short pays and deductions, and consult departments on specialized inquiries. Complete tasks on the Get Paid Queue to meet KPI targets and SLAs for outlook emails, supporting daily cash application and discrepancy management. Generate process improvement ideas and participate in team meetings and training.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum of 2 years in an accounts receivable role, or accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes including account reconciliation, cash application
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a business service center
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader, banking portals, and other ERP systems
