Process refunds, account adjustments, credit memos, and small balance write-offs while resolving client discrepancies and updating files with contact timestamps. Trace defaulters in coordination with the agency's tracing team, investigate reasons for default, and enlist sales or senior management support to accelerate collections, including asset repossession and legal/police interventions. Ensure full compliance with audit, regulatory bodies, and company policies.
