Collections Executive - Retail MFB - Collections - Mandya - Sapthagiri Nilay - J Grades

Drive the collection process for receivables across multiple sources to reduce outstanding balances and days sales outstanding, while maintaining client relationships. Negotiate payment schedules, track portfolio buckets and delinquency (DPD) levels, handle customer service related to collections, process refunds and account adjustments, and review discrepancies and small balance write-offs. Maintain updated customer files with contact times, payment status, and communications about debt; coordinate with tracing teams to locate defaulters and coordinate remedial actions. Support collection management with asset repossession where needed and liaise with legal/police support when required, ensuring compliance with audit/regulatory policies. This role entails coordinating with sales and senior management to accelerate collections and sustain healthy customer relationships. Educational qualification: Graduate.
