Drive the collection process of receivables across multiple sources, negotiate payment schedules that suit the customer’s financial situation, and reduce delinquencies while preserving client relations. Manage bucket-wise and DPD-specific delinquency, handle customer service for collection issues, process refunds and adjustments, track accounts for non-payments and discrepancies, trace defaulters with the tracing team, and coordinate with sales and senior management to accelerate collections. Support the collection manager in asset repossession and seek appropriate legal or police assistance when required, ensuring compliance with audit/regulatory policies and procedures.
