The Collections Executive is responsible for driving the collection process of receivables from various sources to minimize outstanding amounts while preserving client relationships. Major responsibilities include negotiating payment schedules, monitoring customer accounts for delinquency, processing customer refunds and account adjustments, tracing defaulters, and suggesting remedial actions while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
