Drive the collection process of receivables across multiple sources to reduce outstanding balances; negotiate payment schedules that suit the customer’s current financial situation while still satisfying the debt; monitor delinquency and bucket performance; provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, adjustments, and credit memos; update and maintain customer files, track contact history, and coordinate with tracing teams and agencies for remediation; assist in repossession of assets where required and ensure compliance with audit/regulatory policies.
