Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts by contacting customers to understand intent and ability to pay, negotiating solutions for immediate payments or future promises, and reducing delinquency. Maintain positive relationships while collecting on past-due balances, accurately documenting all interactions and outcomes in GLS systems, and meeting assigned business plan objectives. Follow state and company guidelines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining electronic records and supporting additional assignments as needed. Requires fixed 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating night and weekend shifts, plus high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
