Job Summary
Hybrid Collections Associate (B2B) in Cincinnati: manage delinquent customer accounts, perform skip-tracing, written correspondence, inbound/outbound calls, and arrange payments; monitor aging receivables and take corrective action to resolve open balances; resolve billing/settlement issues; submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress; ensure accurate documentation in reports and update customer files to maintain data integrity; support other accounting positions as needed; work independently with a workload that includes time-sensitive tasks and collaborate with a team. The role requires demonstrated customer service skills and at least 2 years of call center experience; high school diploma or GED is required; B2B experience is desired. Preferred skills include Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Billing/Collections software; strong verbal and written communication and the ability to work independently and in a team.
