Collections Analyst (Temporary)

Job Summary
Monitor customer aging and overdue accounts, ensuring collections adhere to policy while influencing accountability for key performance indicators like Days to Pay and DSO. Manage projects to obtain customer contact information and sales tax exemption certificates, inputting data into software programs. Facilitate meetings to troubleshoot discrepancies between Twist and accounts, applying critical judgment to determine next actions and recommend account strategies. Communicate risks and behavior changes to leadership, prepare bad debt write-offs with supporting documentation, and draft weekly commentary for 60+ day past due reports. Participate in collection projects to improve results and delinquency, while collaborating with partners to foster teamwork and identify process improvements. Work 3 days onsite in Wilsonville, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial collections
- Ability to work 3 days a week onsite at our Wilsonville, OR office
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience preferred
