COLLECTIONS ANALYST GBS FSSC

Contact clients via phone, email, or other channels to collect outstanding payments, prioritizing accounts based on aging reports. Collaborate with the Order to Cash team to manage client payments, process deductions, resolve disputes, and escalate issues to local finance and operations teams as needed. Maintain accurate payment status records, complete reconciliations, and ensure timely execution of all collection activities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by working with the O2C Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance collection workflows and ensure policy compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields, with preferred experience in international B2B client collections.
