Job Summary
Manage patient-level account portfolios by receiving inbound/outbound calls, explaining billing reasons, and following up on past due accounts using approved techniques. Resolve assigned balances through write-offs, re-billing, or referrals to attorneys and agencies while maintaining productivity records. Collaborate with pharmacy billing associates to obtain accurate information and resolve unpaid claims, and work with supervisors on special projects and 90-day account correspondence. Conduct all duties in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct and applicable federal and state laws. Requires one year of billing or collections experience, high school diploma, and proficiency in data entry and MS Excel.
