Job Summary
Collection Specialist in Legal Collections Call Center responsible for collecting on pre- and post-judgment accounts including commercial, bank credit cards, personal loans, student loans, subrogation, and retail credit cards. Utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and customers. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations in a fast-paced environment. Starting hourly rate between $14.00-$20.00 plus bonuses, with annual earnings potential of $50,000-$110,000. Full-time, onsite position in Farmington Hills, MI. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
