Manage collections accounts and assist with lending/credit origination while ensuring branch compliance. Demonstrate high-level customer service using consumer finance software and attend ongoing training classes. Work full-time onsite hours Monday through Saturday, with shifts varying by weekday and Saturday availability. Overtime pay applies as needed. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collections, customer retention, management, call center, team leader/senior customer service rep, sales, or related experience
