Job Summary
Oversee the Servicing Department by ensuring proper call volume coverage, reviewing compliance reports, and investigating escalated collection issues. Assign delinquent accounts to workers based on degree and amount, monitor staff performance, and verify account accuracy. Authorize repossession and legal actions, assist with difficult cases, and coordinate clerical activities. Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow while issuing instructions and resolving grievances. Maintain continuous coaching, conduct weekly and monthly audits, and prepare composite reports. Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings with light travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role with a team of 5 or more direct reports
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and extended hours
- Must be able to maintain an 8 hour shift
- Flexible schedule required
- must be willing to work overtime, weekends and evening shifts
