Job Summary
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments. Deliver high-level customer service while monitoring accounts and following up on overdue balances. Participate in resolution of unclear payments, evaluate account history, and elaborate reports. Prepare process maps, update desktop procedures, and process payments and refunds. Resolve billing and credit issues to encourage timely debt payments. Requires fluent German and English, SAP experience, and strong analytical skills. Based in Cracow with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German and English
- Solid experience in OTC Collections area
- Confident user of SAP in the Collections field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills & telephone manner
- Customer-focused and a real team player
- Efficient at working in a fast-paced environment with great time-management skills
