Job Summary
Conduct daily phone and computer outreach to renew customer agreements and resolve issues regarding expired accounts. Schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins and perform field activities including product pickups and door hangers. Maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening and providing top-notch service while managing multiple tasks to meet weekly goals. Work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off, adhering to specific morning and afternoon hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Can pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Professional communication skills in English
- Strong computer and phone skills
