Job Summary
Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts. Utilize provided tools and training to manage delinquent accounts effectively while maintaining active listening and communication skills. This full-time remote position offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus unlimited bonus potential, with a schedule varying Monday through Friday between 8am and 7pm.
