Job Summary
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and investigate historical data to drive debt and cash collection. Directly contact customers via email and phone calls to collect payments, adopting clear and timely practices while recording accurate account notes and reporting on activity. Collaborate with teammates from every department and independently research customer accounts, communicating effectively via email and phone. Work independently but in tandem with the Senior Junior Collection Specialist to promote prompt payments and assist with other finance-related tasks. This role supports Turf Tank's global footprint in the sports industry, where the autonomous line-marking robot helps facilities save time and money.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of business-to-business collection experience
- high attention to detail
- strong Excel skills
- the capability to seamlessly navigate and work across multiple systems simultaneously
- overnight travel is required up to 5% of the time
- day travel is required up to 5% of the time
- work in our La Vista NE office 5 days per week
- general work hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday
- must pass a background screen before start date
- physical requirements required of standard office environments
