Job Summary
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status, contact members regarding overdue payments, and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. Process payments and refunds, resolve billing and customer credit issues, and help convert Members who pay by check to payments by credit card or bank account. Represent Castle Connolly Private Health Partners in the most polished, professional, and highest-quality manner possible while working cooperatively with other staff from a remote location.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks to successful completion
- Ability to be gracious and maintain a professional, positive attitude in a variety of situations

- Associates degree or in progress for bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets software strongly encouraged
- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience strongly preferred
