Job Summary
Senior Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) responsible for prioritizing, establishing, and developing collection requirements across the IC; track and manage CM programs and initiatives; provide time-critical recommendations under pressure; collaborate across intelligence disciplines; mentor and lead other collection managers; leverage CM tools to search for trends or anomalies, validate requirements, and inform clients with actionable intelligence and context to support policymakers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT)
- Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods
- Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate deployment of CM systems
- Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
- Experience briefing senior defense and government officials
- Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course
