Job Summary
Collection Representative (Remote) required to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with consumers who have past-due balances, negotiating payment terms that meet both consumer needs and company goals. Candidates must have a private home office, be able to work a full-time remote day schedule, comply with FDCPA/state laws, maintain accurate documentation, and demonstrate empathy, active listening, and effective communication. Training pays $20/hour; after training, $17/hour plus performance-based bonuses, with potential for higher earnings as performance grows. Schedule generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, with occasional evening shifts and possible additional options. Requires ability to interface with multiple screens, navigate complex conversations, and uphold high-level KPIs and compliance while delivering professional, ethical debt-collection services.
