Collection Representative (Remote-NC Residents)

Fully remote Collection Representative responsible for handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls with consumers who have past-due balances, negotiating payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals, and ensuring compliant, professional interactions. You will build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and use effective negotiation to maximize recovery while adhering to FDCPA and state regulations. The role requires accurate documentation, the ability to navigate multiple systems with two or more screens, and consistent performance against KPIs. Training includes classroom and systems instruction, with compensation progressing from an initial hourly training rate to a base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses/commissions.
