Job Summary
Fully remote Collection Representative responsible for handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls with consumers who have past-due balances, negotiating payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals, and ensuring compliant, professional interactions. You will build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and use effective negotiation to maximize recovery while adhering to FDCPA and state regulations. The role requires accurate documentation, the ability to navigate multiple systems with two or more screens, and consistent performance against KPIs. Training includes classroom and systems instruction, with compensation progressing from an initial hourly training rate to a base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses/commissions. A private home office is required, and onboarding includes identity verification, criminal checks, and employment history verification. Required Qualifications
- Residency in one of the following states: Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Must be able to work remotely with a private home office
- Completion of onboarding activities including criminal checks and employment history verification
- Ability to plan and adhere to a structured schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with consumers
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and keyboard efficiently
- Knowledge of FDCPA and state collection regulations
- Ability to meet performance metrics and KPIs
- Training and ongoing coaching provided
- Full-time remote work availability
- Availability for schedule includes evenings as needed in some shifts
- Privacy and security of company equipment and data
