Collection Manager - TL - Lending Collections (EM Recovery)

Job Summary
Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the specified area. Manage large team of collection officers (in-house and agencies), monitor productivity, provide documented feedback, ensure adequate feet-on-street availability by bucket/segment, and conduct weekly reviews. Support collection officers in legal/police issues and identify/train the Collection Executives; evaluate performance of all CE members. Strong emphasis on people leadership, relationship and negotiation skills, and ensuring productive operations in a high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Collections
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Negotiations skills
- People Management Skills
- Leadership abilities
- Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
