Job Summary
Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the specified area, managing a large team of collection officers and ensuring productivity, reporting, and performance review. Responsible for monitoring performance against parameters, coordinating with agencies and in-house teams, providing feedback, supporting legal/police issues related to collections, identifying training needs, and driving repayment plans while maintaining strong relationships with creditors and consumers. Strong emphasis on people management, negotiation, communication, and leadership within a high-performance digital lending environment.
Required Qualifications
- More than 4+ years of relevant experience in Collections role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a high-performance environment
- People Management Skills
- Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
- Working Knowledge of Computers
- Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
