Collection Manager - TL - Lending Collections (EM Recovery)

Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the assigned area, managing a large team of collection officers and external agencies while optimizing productivity and performance. Responsible for monitoring performance against defined parameters, conducting weekly reviews with Collection executives, ensuring background checks on agencies, identifying training needs for Collection Executives, and providing support for legal/Police issues related to collections. Strong emphasis on people management, negotiations, communication, relationship-building, and leadership in a high-performance environment.
