Job Summary
Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the assigned area, managing a large team of collection officers (CEs) and ensuring productivity, training, and performance evaluations. Drive area-wide collection outcomes by monitoring metrics, conducting weekly reviews with Collection executives, and overseeing agency and in-house teams. Support officers with legal/police issues and collection activities; ensure background checks of hired agencies; identify and address training needs; maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong people-management and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a high-performance mindset are essential. Preference for graduates/post graduates.
