Job Summary
Senior Collection Manager (Reports Officer) at Leidos responsible for reviewing, editing, coordinating, and submitting raw intelligence information reports for release, ensuring formatting accuracy and full compliance with intelligence oversight and compliance standards; track J2X reporting metrics; present formal intelligence reporting metric briefings to command and senior leadership; maintain SOPs related to intelligence collection, reporting, and source management; develop training materials for the reports officer team; manage large datasets across Excel, Access, and secure classified databases; perform statistical analysis to support reporting functions; safeguard sensitive operational and classified information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree
- Graduate of an in-resident Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) collection management course or Desk Officer course
- Clearance Needed: Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.
