Collection Manager - Non X Complete Pool - Housing - Collections - Hyderabad - Auto Plaza - JM

Role focuses on achieving collections targets in the assigned area through personal visits, legal actions under sections 138/25, Sarfaesi, and collaboration with the Legal team and other functions to ensure timely recoveries, timely filing of DM orders, enforcement actions, and reporting to stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing the portfolio to achieve resolution, updating trail/feedback in the system, coordinating with lawyers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and NHB/IRB regulations, handling NPAs, deposits of customer payments, and maintaining customer satisfaction through quick resolution and prioritization based on value, demography, and payment patterns. Requires a Graduate with 2-4 years of field collections experience, and collaboration across teams to drive delinquency resolution while ensuring compliance.
