Job Summary
Develop collection strategies and plans to assist commanders and analysts in closing intelligence gaps. Design integrated, multi-INT collection approaches that align sensors, platforms, and reporting mechanisms with mission objectives. Collaborate with planners, analysts, and operations personnel to evaluate collection effectiveness and recommend adjustments for optimized ISR coverage. Strengthen the integration of collection operations into broader intelligence processes to ensure priority intelligence requirements are met. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 14+ years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Located at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with CI poly
- current polygraphs conducted within the past seven years
- Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 10+ years of experience
- Experience with ISR operations or intelligence planning
- Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gaps
- Experience coordinating with multi-INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines
- Experience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignment
- Ability to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements
- Ability to integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at the CCMD or Military Service level
- Knowledge of ISR asset capabilities, limitations, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) workflows
- Knowledge of joint intelligence processes, collection management doctrine, and ISR enterprise capabilities
- Knowledge of the relationships between intelligence requirements, sensor tasking, collection operations, and reporting
