Collection Coordinator

Collect and contact customers to resolve outstanding payments, follow up via calls, emails, chats, and field visits, visit customer locations for payment collection and issue resolution, assess and address customer payment concerns, maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments, coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, adhere to collection processes and company policies, deliver a positive customer experience while achieving collection targets and KPIs, and stay informed on payment plans and related support initiatives.
