Collection Consumer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls for past-due accounts, educate customers on payment options, negotiate solutions, document activity, and support end-to-end collections processes in a fast-paced call center. Strong communication, empathy, professionalism, data-entry accuracy, and problem-solving are required; bilingual English-Spanish is preferred.Role operates in a full-time, in-office setting in Miami Lakes, FL with standard hours 8:30-5:30. Training and ongoing feedback to improve performance are emphasized.
