Collection Analyst

Manage collection activities for Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia by following up on open and overdue receivables. Provide monthly AR call updates to the Finance team and Director of Global Collections, while obtaining tax withheld documents and handling required adjustments. Assist with dispute resolution and submit remittance and application details for received payments. Requires 2 to 4 years of experience in collections or finance, basic Excel skills, and knowledge of regional requirements.
