Job Summary
Collection Agent responsible for contacting customers about overdue payments, managing cases via collection campaigns and dialer lists, informing customers about payment options and arranging settlements per company policies, recording promises to pay and related actions, and escalating complex cases. Requires documenting interactions in Collection, Billing, and CRM systems, adhering to data-protection rules, and maintaining professional communication. Key skills include negotiation, handling objections, goal-driven service, organization, teamwork, and a customer-centered approach. Must have at least 1 year of experience in collections or related roles, strong Greek language proficiency and good English, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with CRM/Billing/Collection systems. Hybrid and full-time work model offered in Athens/Crete region with a focus on accurate, compliant, and timely case resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους σε Collections, Customer Service, Contact Center ή αντίστοιχο ρόλο
- Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών ή οικονομικών εκκρεμοτήτων θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
- Καλή χρήση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας και καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Ικανότητα γρήγορης εκμάθησης διαδικασιών, συστημάτων και πολιτικών διαχείρισης οφειλών
