Job Summary
Make outbound and inbound calls to resolve open customer accounts and negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism. Use contact center technology and recovery strategies to identify appropriate payment options while responding effectively to customer concerns and objections. Follow all required scripts, policies, and ethical recovery practices to meet monthly performance and recovery goals. Maintain positive relationships with customers while representing the brand and attend required training to stay updated on system and process changes. This remote work-at-home role includes paid on-the-job training and requires a high school diploma, prior contact center experience, and the ability to type 20+ words per minute.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior contact center experience or experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or back-office support
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Ability to type accurately at 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
- Ability to evaluate customer concerns, identify solutions, and follow through appropriately
