Job Summary
Use Workday Peakon to capture meaningful colleague insight across the Kingfisher Group and analyse engagement, communications, and feedback data to identify trends that inform business strategy. Translate complex information into actionable insights, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for senior leaders and the Board. Partner with engagement leads, People teams, and business leaders to embed colleague voice into strategic decision-making while leading the relationship with Workday Peakon, overseeing enhancements and training. Champion an inclusive approach to engagement and provide flexible data support for Corporate Affairs projects, including exploring reporting automation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience using employee engagement platforms
- Workday Peakon experience
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded
- Highly organised and adaptable
- Excellent attention to detail
