Job Summary
Collateral Services Specialist IV develops and executes collateral management for a diverse loan portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing loan agreements pre- and post-closing to resolve non-routine issues, monitoring collateral reporting for timeliness and data integrity, reconciling borrowing base certificates and sales reports, and building effective relationships with internal partners and stakeholders. The role involves strategic workload planning, contributing to team success, and supporting special projects as assigned. Additional focus areas include coaching junior staff and applying cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements in lending operations.
