Collateral Production Analyst

Job Summary
Coordinate resources for non-retail item collateral production and deployment (signage, fixtures, displays) for in-store merchandising resets; forecast production quantities based on project scope and inputs from internal teams; ensure internal and external partners have necessary resources and information; guide external partners through procurement processes (RFP, Project Authorization Request, Project Communications); provide cost information for non-retail items to project teams to inform budgets; apply project management techniques to align work plans with timelines and monitor deadlines; collaborate with 3rd party vendors to maximize transportation savings and ease of store execution; participate in project meetings and provide status and inputs; deliver analytical reports (vendor scorecards, spend analysis, dashboards) to leadership; act as point of contact for non-retail item issues and train/mentor peers and new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years experience in print management, supply chain, store operations, or a service-related field
- Minimum of 1 year of project experience
- 1 year of experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
