Job Summary
Implement adequate Credit Risk controls for complex business entities across BCB and CIB streams by ensuring the appropriateness, applicability, consistency, validity, and enforceability of all collateral. Confirm that collateral is in legal order and properly housed to secure assets and mitigate risks in the post-credit granting stage of the lending process. Maintain a First Degree in Business Commerce with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in banking processes regarding collateral documentation.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree
- Business Commerce or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience
- Experience with home loans and lending
- Banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof
- Personal and Business banking exposure regarding credit risks, lending and associated collateral
