Job Summary
Lead end-to-end collateral management operations, including margin call processing, settlements, dispute management, and reconciliation across multiple products and regions. Maintain a robust risk and control framework by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying control gaps, and leading remediation efforts from audits and client reviews. Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders while driving automation, digital transformation, and process optimization to enhance productivity and operational resilience. Manage and develop a high-performing global team through mentorship, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance, risks, and strategic initiatives within the State Street India Collateral Management organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of collateral management, OTC, static data, onboarding, confirmation, settlement, clearing, uncleared and initial margin
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 18+ yrs experience in Capital Markets, People management and operations management
- Transformation / Strategic implementation
- Risk / Control / Audit
- Strong management and employee relations skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Knowledge of collateral platforms such as COLLINE, Acadia, TriResolve, Aladdin, or equivalent industry solutions
- Experience managing global teams and client-facing operations
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, or process improvement certifications
