Job Summary
Calculate margin calls, send and receive notifications, and exchange with counterparties to ensure settlement of cash and securities flows. Reconcile portfolios with counterparties by analyzing and monitoring discrepancies in collaboration with Settlement, Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Risk teams. Manage various requests from counterparties and internal departments related to FO, Global Securities Financing, Risk, and Global Capital Market Advisory activities. Monitor and resolve cash suspense items within your scope while responding to requests via email or file production.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in financial markets or finance
- Professional experience (From 3 to 5 years) in the financial world, particularly in collateral management
- Proficiency with AI tools and the Office suite
- Good understanding of market activities and products
- Good knowledge of the F/O to B/O processing chain
- Excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening abilities
- Good knowledge of English and French, both written and verbal
