Collateral Buyer

Collateral Buyer is responsible for sourcing high-quality POS, swag, and rack materials for the Marketing team, managing the RFP/RFQ process, negotiating pricing and contracts with suppliers, coordinating with a 3PL warehouse to maintain inventory, creating and tracking purchase orders in NetSuite, and providing regular leadership updates on procurement activities. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to align sourcing with brand objectives.
