Job Summary
Lead business requirements gathering for collateral workflows within the collateral management platform re-platforming programme, translate business requirements into functional design, perform gap analysis between new platform and current processes, define collateral processing logic, develop test scenarios (including margin call processing, dispute handling, and exception management), support design reviews and future-state architecture with Technology/Operations/Compliance, ensure regulatory and operational obligations are reflected in data models and system design, and produce milestone-driven status updates for senior stakeholders. 5+ years’ experience in collateral management at a Tier 1 Investment Bank with direct involvement in platform change or onboarding; strong BA skills; familiarity with collateral platforms (Colleen, Vermeg, Acadiasoft); contract role (6-month initial) based in London with hybrid remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in collateral management at a Tier 1 Investment Bank
- Proven Business Analysis skills — requirements writing, acceptance criteria, structured documentation and delivery tracking
- Hands-on experience working alongside Engineering / Technology teams on collateral platform implementations
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
