Job Summary
Review client borrowing base collateral and backup documentation to identify balancing issues and ensure portfolio compliance. Accurately input findings into collateral tracking systems while calculating ineligibles and analyzing inventory and receivables. Provide continuous support to clients by addressing inquiries, guiding reporting procedures, and coordinating with Structuring, Asset Management, and Client Experience Teams for efficient loan closings. Prepare detailed collateral review reports featuring trend analysis and insights into borrower financial status. Serve as the single point of contact for Account Officers regarding operations and administrative issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- English (Required)
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in asset based lending or related field
- Experience with ABLM.NET (Stucky), Asset Reader, Monarch and AFS Vision
- Knowledge of asset-based lending, ABL, products
