Job Summary
Collaborative Delivery Preconstruction Manager to contribute to proposals and presentations, establish client relationships to support upcoming proposals, coordinate with estimating to deliver design phase cost estimates, read drawings and geo-tech reports, identify project risks, lead regular progress and milestone meetings, provide constructability feedback, solicit subcontractor/supplier participation, offer owner/engineer innovative solutions to maintain budget/objectives, maintain preconstruction schedules in P6, develop GMP bid packages, coordinate bidding phases, perform scope analysis and deficiency estimation, develop project budgets (GMP), understand funding mechanisms, and maintain cash flow with preconstruction financials; requires 25% travel, excellent written/oral communication, and proficiency with project management, financial, and scheduling tools; projects range from $4M to $500M.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years project management or design experience
- Valid Driver's License and ability to commute to job sites
- Proficient with project management, financial, and scheduling software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of funding compliance
- Previous experience with Hard Bid or Collaborative Delivery Municipal Water/Wastewater Projects
