Job Summary
Collaboration Specialist for Microsoft 365 / AvePoint expertise focused on Workplace Collaboration. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams; lead resolution of major incidents in customer collaboration environments; perform periodic analyses to identify improvements and implement corrective measures; participate in and lead technical discussions with customers and execute implementation plans to achieve IT objectives for collaboration environments; manage complex RFS activities including setup/configuration of new collaboration environments and remediation/migration to designated collaboration toolsets. Core and AvePoint expertise across Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online Architecture, OneDrive & Teams, Permissions & Access Management, Information Architecture, Metadata & Content Management, External Sharing Controls; AvePoint Governance, Backup & Restore, Migration, Compliance/Risk Insights, Automation, Reporting; Security & Compliance with Microsoft Purview, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention Policies, eDiscovery, Audit Readiness, External Collaboration Security. 6+ years in M365 / Collaboration Platforms with deep enterprise SharePoint Online and AvePoint experience. Strong communication, project leadership, and cross-team collaboration; scripting (PowerShell) and migration tooling familiarity; able to drive engineering solutions and deliver under SLA across customer environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Hands-on experience in Microsoft Server, Cloud, Active Directory, EntraID, Microsoft 365 includes Hybrid Environments administration of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams with Enterprise Voice
