Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise collaboration solutions within Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online), aligned to modernization strategies. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot by partnering with stakeholders, delivering enablement strategies, and improving user experiences. Lead organizational change initiatives to promote modern work practices and higher adoption of digital workplace tools. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to collaboration engineers, overseeing complex projects related to collaboration platform enhancements, migrations, and integrations. Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud teams to integrate Microsoft 365 and Copilot into enterprise architecture. Evaluate and implement emerging Microsoft technologies (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.) to enhance productivity and business processes. Develop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and procedures; implement security, compliance, governance, and DLP across Microsoft 365 workloads with consideration for responsible AI and data governance. Identify and drive automation using PowerShell, Power Platform, and other tools. Support advanced troubleshooting and ensure minimal business disruption. Partner with leadership to shape digital workplace strategies; stay current with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends. Participate in on-call rotations; perform additional duties as assigned. Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Microsoft Certification preferred. 7+ years of experience; strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft Certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Experience leading senior engineering or technical leadership initiatives
- Proven success driving adoption, change management, and user enablement for Microsoft 365 or similar platforms
- Experience integrating collaboration tools with business processes, automation platforms, and cloud services
- Knowledge of governance frameworks related to AI, data protection, and data loss prevention
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft Certification (MS-900, MS-102, or relevant Associate/Expert-level certifications) preferred
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools
- Foundational knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio or similar automation/AI development tools
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and DLP frameworks within Microsoft 365 and AI-powered environments
- Networking, identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), security, and compliance principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms
- Experience in senior engineering or technical leadership roles
- Experience driving adoption, change management, and user enablement for Microsoft 365 or similar platforms
- Experience integrating collaboration tools with business processes, automation platforms, and cloud services
- Experience with governance frameworks related to AI, data protection, and enterprise collaboration tools
